Genesis U.K Partners with Now to WOW! in the Americas

A breakthrough Sales Development proposition from the new association of two training companies; Genesis Business Services of London, UK and from Now to Wow!  covering the Americas based near San Jose, Costa Rica have just run their first joint Relationship Sales Training Programme :’ Volcanic Sales Skills’ for the multi-national corporation, American Furniture Design and Alternativa of Costa Rica using the world renowned NBI (Neethling)  Brain Profile and Whole Brain Selling system.

Duncan Henderson CEO of the organisation was an active participant in the training and experienced first hand just how well the joint approach had inspired his sales teams with a focus on building life-time customer relationships:

The ‘firsts’ for both Genesis and Now to Wow are shown in the photographs and they included;

  • Taking a detailed joint brief from the client to ensure that the ‘hearts’ and ‘minds’ were both educated in this uniquely tailored programme.
  • The programme kick-off was delivered at the  Costa Rica Tennis Club San Jose and the facilities ensured a quality setting for this inaugural programme.
  • The biggest difficulty of delivering in English to a Spanish audience was overcome by the excellent real-time translation team. They not only provided flawless translations but also mirrored the tones and energy of the two International presenters Neil France and Rosemary Rein. This was recognised as unique in the experience of the participants and greatly enhanced their learning and enjoyment of the day.  
  • The whole session was videoed and this material is now being edited to provide the sales teams with a series of both English and Spanish mini training videos to be used in both companies for on going coaching sessions scheduled over the next 6 months. This reinforcement will accelerate the uptake of the new customer relationship and sales skills and support new recruits development prior to them attending a future training session.

 

Both Neil and Rosemary worked hard at varying the energy and pace of the day to ensure that the concentration and retention of the participants was kept at maximum levels throughout the day.
